The management is under highly qualified and experienced group. The key person looking after the whole setup is Mr. Sitaram Agrawal having vast technical knowledge of shellac & Rice and at present acting as vice-president of Rice Millers Association , Gondia (Maharashtra).

The company has received the award for the Best industry of the year 2005 for its largest export sales only due to the whole and sole efforts of another key person Mr. Sachin Agrawal having in depth knowledge of shellac and has boosted up the commercial and export sales tremendously. Mr. Shiva Agrawal , holds a degree of Bachelor Of Engineering in Information Technology and is looking after the correspondence and technical department resulting in smoother and efficient working.
